Hi, I’m Carmen! I was born in New York, raised in Lima, Peru, went to college in Canada, and have had the privilege of traveling to many countries—serving alongside people with a heart to meet others right where they are. Growing up as a missionary kid in Peru opened my eyes early on to both the beauty and the deep needs of the world.After years of working and serving in my local church back home, I returned to Peru in 2010—and everything changed. That season opened the door to many ministries doing incredible work but often lacking support. I connected with communities and people—women in prison, single-parent families, and marginalized groups—who continue to inspire and challenge me.With experience in cross-cultural ministry, I’ve found my sweet spot in bridging worlds. I work alongside local leaders and organizations to connect resources to real needs, help ministries reach their goals, organize supportive groups, and oversee the logistics that keep things running smoothly. It’s a joy to walk with others as they live out their mission in their communities.
